NV1 represents McCarthy’s latest milestone in mission-critical delivery—a next-generation data center campus developed for a confidential hyperscale client in Northern Nevada. Encompassing multiple large-scale facilities, the campus is designed to meet the growing demand for high-capacity, high-efficiency digital infrastructure while supporting rapid speed-to-market and long-term scalability.
The campus includes NV11, a four-story, 490,000-square-foot facility delivering 64 megawatts (MW) of power, and NV12, a planned two-story companion building providing an additional 64 MW. Both are built around advanced liquid-cooling systems—making NV1 the client’s first fully liquid-cooled data center nationwide.
