Roche Diagnostics Santa Clara Campus Redevelopment

The Roche Diagnostics Santa Clara Campus project transformed 312,000 square feet across three buildings into a state-of-the-art research and office hub for Roche’s R&D Digital Pathology Group. The redevelopment included 35,000 square feet of lab space and 100,000 square feet of modern office and amenity areas—highlighted by a vibrant, full-service cafeteria and collaborative open-office environments. With meticulous planning and coordination, including BIM utilization, the team executed complex lab build-outs, utility tie-ins, and MEP upgrades while maintaining active operations and fire safety systems. The project also included ADA and city infrastructure improvements, delivering a future-ready, highly functional campus tailored to cutting-edge biotech innovation.
