The Santa Clara Square Parking Structures are three new cast-in-place parking structures, totaling 1,400,000 SF and creating 5,639 parking spaces for the Irvine Company\u2019s Santa Clara Square Corporate Campus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phase One<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This project is a 609,000 SF, 1,778-stall parking structure that serves tenants from the Santa Clara Square Campus. The four-story cast-in-place structure special features high-end elevator finishes, a curtainwall system at lobbies, and exterior metal screen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phase Two<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the success of Phase One, McCarthy was award Phase Two. This phase includes two additional parking structures to serve tenants from the Santa Clara Square Campus. The first parking structure is six-story with 2,461 stalls and the second parking structure is six-story with 1,400 stalls. Both structures feature high-end elevator finishes, a curtainwall system at lobbies, and exterior metal screen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
